TruckProtect is a UK-based operating company specialising in the design, development and marketing of high-quality, highly-visible, easily-fitted, fuel theft deterrent devices for use on light and heavy commercial vehicles, but also farm vehicles, plant and static tanks and general lock-up environments.

Management Team

Edward Roderick - Executive Chairman
Currently senior Non-Executive Director at Heywood Williams plc, and formerly Group Chief Executive, Christian Salvesen PLC. Edward has held many senior posts including Managing Director, Hays' Network Distribution Division. A former Vice Chairman and Director of the RHA from 1998 until 2000, Edward became a FTA Director in June 2000. Edward was awarded an honorary doctorate of Laws by De Montfort University in 2001. He chairs the Road Haulage Forum's Training Sub-Group and chaired a DTI Foresight Task Force on Integrated Transport and Supply Chain Futures. Edward’s knowledge and contacts within the logistics sector are outstanding and his knowledge of international manufacturing through his NED roles will be excellent for TruckProtect.
Russell Fowler - Founder and CEO
After an early career in diamond exploration and mining in Africa with De Beers, Russell Fowler, 44, returned to the UK to work in a variety of sectors in engineering, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, fmcg and IT services for a number of major blue-chip companies; Wellcome, BP, Logica, Bristol Myers Squibb, R J Reynolds and easyJet. He has been a director on group, regional and UK boards for over 13 years, covering most areas of the world and living abroad.
Richard Fowler - Design and Manufacturing Director
Richard has a unique mix of skills having begun his career as a qualified truck motor mechanic, moving into computer controlled manufacturing and then IT. He designed the products for TruckProtect and sourced manufacturing suppliers. He will continue to develop the range of anti-fuel theft devices and service offerings initially before moving into broader security devices.
